Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2013 in Civil Case No.:09-CA-022125, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, CAROL, LEE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL LEE N/K/A T.J. KIM; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; THE EAGLES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 14, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
