NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-014120, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF6 MERCURY NPL INVESTMENTS TRUST SERIES 2008-1 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and ROBERT E. LANE; ROBERT E. LANE AS TRUSTEE OF ROBERT E. LANE SEPARATE PROPERTY 1997 REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 27, 1997; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ROBERT E. LANE; DONALD L. PROPSTRA; UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF ROBERT E. LANE SEPARATE PROPERTY 1997 REVOCABLE TRUST DATED MARCH 27, 1997; SUN CITY CENTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; KINGS INN HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.; ISPC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 6th day of September, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK DE, DEL WEBB'S SUN CITY FLORIDA, UNIT NO. 24, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 100 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
