NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 26th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-12099-CI-8, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank National Association, as Trustee for the registered holders of C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB2, Plaintiff and ANIEL BALKISSOON A/K/A ANEIL BALKISSOON A/K/A ANEIL K. BALKISSOON; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 10:00 AM on this August 14th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, OF CLEARWOOD SUBDIVISION SEVENTH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 53, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.

A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
