NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that on August 6, 2013, beginning at 9:30 a.m. a public hearing will be held by the Board of County Commissioners in the County Commission Assembly Room, Fifth Floor, Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida, to consider the petition of Capon Corporation to release the following:

A portion of right of way lying North of Lots 21, 22, and 23 and that portion lying West of Lot 23 in Section 24-27-15, and that portion lying North of and East of Lot 1, in Section 23-27-15, Tampa & Tarpon Springs Land Company, Plat Book H1, Page 116.

Persons are advised that, if they decide to appeal any decision made at this meeting/hearing, they will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
