NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 16, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12014346CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10.00 am on the 14th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit.
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT NO. 7-C, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, COVENANTS, EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CINNAMON LAKE NO. 3, RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4991, PAGE 1693, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 40, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
