Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
A portion of Lot 13, RUBIN ICOT CENTER, as recorded in Plat Book 88, Pages 79 through 85, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, lying in Section 4, Township 30 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows:
Commence at the Southeast corner of Lot 13 of said RUBIN ICOT CENTER for a Point of Beginning; thence N 89º41'16” W, and along the South line of said Lot 13, 404.64 feet; thence N 00º26'29” E, 385.17 feet to a Point on the South right-of-way line of Myerlake Circle; thence S 89º33'31” E and along said right-of-way line, 202.00 feet to a curve concave to the Southwest and having a radius of 200.00 feet; thence along said curve 311.32 feet through a central angle of 89º11'13” (chord bearing S 44º57'55” E, 280.83 feet), thence S 00º22'18” E, 187.11 feet to the Point of Beginning
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
