YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 1103, Building No. 11, Phase 7 and the undivided percentage of interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto in accordance with an subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms, and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of AZALEA WOODS CONDOMINIUM as recorded in O.R. book 5154, pages 524 through 592 and amended; and the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 48, Pages 33-37 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tyler A. Publishing is to take place in the Business Observer for two (2) consecutive weeks.
