BOOK 13944, PAGE 364, LYING WITHIN: APARTMENT NO. 52, E-SOUTHEAST WING, BUILDING B-86, ON TOP OF THE WORLD, UNIT SIXTY-TWO, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 66, PAGES 2 THROUGH 8, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 73, PAGES 61 THROUGH 67, INCLUSIVE, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5458, PAGE 1248, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO
