YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action for money damages and to foreclose a claim of lien on property which you may have an interest has been filed against you. The real property or its address is commonly known as Lot No. 485, 1001 Starkey Road, Largo, Florida 33771, and is more particularly described as follows:
Unit/Lot No. 485 of PARADISE ISLAND CO-OP, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (the “Plot Plan”) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded in O. R. Book 14911, Page 636, et seq., Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida (the “Master Agreement”), and as legally described in Exhibit “A” to said Master Agreement.
Together with a 1994 JACO mobile home bearing vehicle identification numbers JACFL15565A and JACFL15565B.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to it on Martin Aequitas, P.A., c/o Michael D. Pangia, Esq., whose address is 2002 East 4th Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33605, within thirty (30) days after the date of the first publication, to wit: on or before August 26, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
