Final Judgment was awarded on May 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 522009CA017404XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Plaintiff, and, JOHN J. BERES, III A/K/A JOHN BERES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOHN J. BERES, III A/K/A JOHN BERES; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.,; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM on August 12, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
