NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on June 26, 2013 in Civil Case No. 10-012001-CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB, is the Plaintiff, and, ESTATE OF SCOTT WOODARD; KIM W. HALL AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF SCOTT WOODARD; CRAIG M. WOODARD AS BENEFICIARY OF THE ESTATE OF SCOTT D. WOODARD; PENTHOUSE VILLAS OF MORNINGSIDE ASSOCIATION, INC.; JEFFREY L. WILCOX; STATE DARM MUTUAL AUTOMOVILE INSURANCE COMPANY, A CORPORATION AND AS SUBROGEE OF WILLIAM MATOSKY, SHARON K. ELWARD, ELIZABETH B. JOHNSON, AND GERALD JOHNSTON; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; UNITED STATES ATTORNEY GENERAL; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
