NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 30, 2013, and entered in 52-2012-CA-013833 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein H & R BLOCK BANK, A FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, is the Plaintiff and SHAWNDA RICHARD A/K/A SHAWNDA M. RICHARD; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAWNDA RICHARD A/K/A SHAWNDA M. RICHARD N/K/A JERAMY RICHARD are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on August 22, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, HARMONY HEIGHTS SECTION ONE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGE 16, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
