NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2013 entered in Civil Case No.: 12-012717-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, Ken Burke Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 am on the 13th day of August, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Consent Final Judgment, to-wit:
A CONDOMINIUM UNIT DESIGNATED AS BUILDING NO. 780, UNIT NO. 203 OF VILLAGE LAKE, A CONDOMINIUM (TOGETHER WITH ALL OF THE APPURTENANCES THERETO) ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF DATED MARCH 2, 1979, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4829, PAGE 464, AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 11 THROUGH 27, THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION APRIL 13, 1979, AND RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4846, PAGE 395, AND ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 33, PAGES 92 THROUGH 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
