NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 2, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-007000CICI-11, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA2 MORTGAG E PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OA2, is Plaintiff and ANGELA INCHAUSTEGUI, are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT TYPE C1A, IN BUILDING NUMBER 73, UNIT NUMBER 205C 825, OF WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH THE APPURTENANT UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND LIMITED COMMON ELEMENTS THERETO ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14827, PAGE 729, ALL ATTACHMENTS AND AMMENDMENTS THERETO AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 140, PAGE 35 THROUGH 65 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FL.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
