NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 2, CLEARVIEW OAKS, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 56, Page 67, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
EXCEPTING, however, therefrom any and all buildings and improvements of any nature located on said land beyond that part and portion of said buildings and improvements hereinafter specifically included.
TOGETHER WITH that certain Apartment located on said land consisting of approximately 550 square feet, known and designated as Apartment No. 241-C and so designates in “Apartment Unit Plan”, including the right ingress and egress to and from said apartment; and undivided 1/12th interest in and to the walls and other structural supports necessary for and said building.
