NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-013864 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Successor by Merger to Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Javier Cruz Ortiz a/k/a Javier Cruz-Ortiz a/k/a Javier C. Ortiz and Charity Rene Lee a/k/a Charity Rene Cruz a/k/a Charity R. Cruz a/k/a Charity Cruz are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 34, BLOCK “A”, ARCHWOOD SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
