NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2011-CA-011801 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, National Association, Successor by Merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, LP f/k/a Countrywide Home Loans Servicing, L.P., Plaintiff and Laura Orr Halferty a/k/a Laura Halferty are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 73 AND 74, BAYOU VIEW, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
