That certain parcel consisting of Unit 707, Building A, as shown on Condominium plat of CRYSTAL BAY, a Condominium, according to the Condominium Plat Book 115, Pages 1 through 40, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded June 2, 1994 in Official Records Book 8683, Pages 642 through 785, and re-recorded June 8, 1994 in Official Records Book 8693, Pages 32 through 175, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.

Boulevard, Suite 100., Tampa, Florida, 33606, on or before August 26, 2013 and file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered again you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
