YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce a lien on the following property in Pinellas County, Florida:
Unit No. 29, Building No. 4, ST. TROPEZ CONDOMINIUM III, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 77, pages 97-99, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium in O.R. book 5789, page 1771 and amended; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Tyler A. Hayden, Esq., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 146 2nd St. N., Suite 100, St. Petersburg, FL 33701 on or before August 26, 2013 (no later than 30 days from the date of first publication of this notice of action), and to file the original of the written defenses with the clerk of this court either before service or immediately thereafter. Failure to serve and file written defenses as required may result in a judgment or order for the relief demanded, without further notice. Publishing is to take place in the Business Observer for two (2) consecutive weeks.
