NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated June 25, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-015932 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank, National Association, as Trustee for the C-BASS Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-CB1, Plaintiff and Steven N. Easter are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on August 9, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 7 AND 22, BLOCK 9, SECTION B, DISSTON HILLS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 40, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
