That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit 2, Building 10, of WHISPER WOOD TOWNHOMES, A CONDOMINIUM, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 4962, Page 1581 through 1642, amended in O.R. 5990, Page 46; O.R. 6307, Page 1033; O.R. 6516, Page 2393; O.R. 6780, Page 1591, and O.R. 7686, Page 1647, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 39, Pages 1 through 7, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
