NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated May 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-016956 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which HSBC Bank USA, National Association, as Trustee for WFASC Home Equity Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is the Plaintiff and Glerys Clarkson, The Unknown Spouse of Glerys Clarkson n/k/a Leroy Clarkson, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 46, RIDGEWAY SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 38, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS SOUTH 5 FEET DEEDED TO CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG FOR STREET.
