NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CI-008196 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage, LLC, is the Plaintiff and Michelle Gray, Steve Stover, Central 16th Urban Homes Homeowners Association, Inc., Jane Doe n/k/a Nuria Pena, John Doe n/k/a Travis Faulds, are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 22nd day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 24 OF CENTRAL 16TH URBAN HOMES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 131 PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
