YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced to foreclose a mortgage on the following real property, lying, and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
UNIT 2A, MADEIRA EL-MAR A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4856, PAGE 1797, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 34, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
said property being more commonly known as 85 144th Avenue East, Unit 2A, Madeira Beach, Florida 33708. This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon DANIEL G. DRAKE, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Post Office Box 2327, Brandon, Florida 33509-2327, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this notice and to file the original with the clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's counsel or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
