UNIT 103, BUILDING 4, GREENWOOD VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, FORMERLY KNOWN AS GREENWOOD VILLAGE FOUR, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1213, PAGE(S) 1779, ET SEQ., AS AMENDED AND RESTATED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1318, PAGE(S) 1602, ET SEQ., BOTH OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE FURTHER AMENDED
and commonly known as: 2564 Kings Lake Blvd, Naples, FL 34112, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, held in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail E. Naples, FL 34112, on June 17, 2013, at 11:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
