ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, JULIAN GARCIA A/K/A JULIAN R. GARCIA, DECEASED; ELIZABETH GARNELO; SALVADOR GARNELO; CARMEN J. GARCIA, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JULIAN GARCIA A/K/A JULIAN R. GARCIA, DECEASED; RAYMOND GARCIA, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JULIAN GARCIA A/K/A JULIAN R. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
