ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES,SERIES 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST, JULIAN GARCIA A/K/A JULIAN R. GARCIA, DECEASED; ELIZABETH GARNELO; SALVADOR GARNELO; CARMEN J. GARCIA, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF JULIAN GARCIA A/K/A JULIAN R.
