NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 14, 2013, entered in Case No. 2011-03664-CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Ernest M. Sittenfeld; Thea Sittenfeld; Unicoat Industrial Roofing Corporation; Comcast of the South, Inc.; Design Purchasing Network, Inc.; Riverside Motorcoach Resort Condominium Association, Inc.; Gulfside, Inc.; Access Door & Glass, Inc.; Park Shore, a partnership; Safe Zone, LLC; Unknown Tenant #1 and Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, the third floor lobby of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 17 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
APARTMENT NO. 1402 OF GULFSIDE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 594, PAGE 1214 THROUGH 1267, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE CARPORT NO. 61.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
