NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Collier County, Florida, I, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the following real property, situated in Collier County, Florida, and more particularly described as follows:
THE WEST 1/2 OF TRACT 57, OF GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 19, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, AT PAGE 77, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Collier County Courthouse, on the Third Floor of the Courthouse Annex, 3315 East Tamiami Trail, 3rd Floor Lobby, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on June 17, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published in the BUSINESS OBSERVER on May 31st and June 7th, 2013.
