NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 11-2012-CA-004399 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, Dwight E. Brock, the Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, THIRD FLOOR LOBBY OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 A.M. EST on the 19 day of June, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
THE SOUTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 59, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO. 193, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 100, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
