Lot 132, MADISON PARK PHASE TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 42, Page(s) 68 through 75, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiffs attorney, Brian O. Cross, Esq., Goede & Adamczyk, PLLC, 8950 Fontana del Sol Way, Suite 100, Naples, FL 34109, within 30 days of 1st publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
