NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on in Civil Case No. 1002869CA, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida, wherein, WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CARRINGTON MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-RFC1, ASSET-BACKED PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES is the Plaintiff, and OMAR RODRIGUEZ; ASTRID G RODRIGUEZ; GULF WINDS EAST CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 AM in the lobby on the 3rd floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples
FL 34112 on June 19, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF D-304, GULF WINDS EAST, A CONDOMINIUM, AND AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTSAPPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THE DECLARATION THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 508, PAGES 165 THROUGH 224, INCLUSIVE, AND AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 939, PAGES 1171 THROUGH 1236, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
