VERGARA A/K/A JAIME RUBEN VERGARA; SUHEIR ODEH VERGARA; VISTAS AT PHILLIPS COMMONS TOWNHOMES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 06/27/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
