NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012451-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is Plaintiff, and MARIA M. SOTO A/K/A MARIA M. RIVERA, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 132, KENSINGTON, SECTION TWO, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages(s) 38, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
