NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 12, 2013 and entered in Case No. 48-2008-CA-015673-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein CHASE HOME FINANCE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARIA P. BLANCO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARIA P. BLANCO A/K/A NELSON GUERRERO; THE JACKSON CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANGELINE LOPEZ, and TENANT #2 N/K/A ANTHONY MORENO are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 08/09/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
