NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed April 30, 2013, and entered in Case No. 09-CA-2709, of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR14, MORTGAGE PASS THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR14 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JUNE 1, 2005 is Plaintiff and ANTHONY M. MORANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANTHONY M. MORANO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; TANNER ROAD PHASES 1 AND 2 PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; NATIONAL CITY BANK; are defendants. The office of Lydia Gardner, The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.myorangeclerk.realforeclosure.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 25th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 57, TANNER ROAD PHASES 1 AND 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 49-51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
