NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 16th day of May, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2013-CA-001233-O, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION (SUCCESSOR TO BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION) AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2007-1 MORTGAGE BACKED NOTES, SERIES 2007-1 is the Plaintiff and LINDA DONEGAN A/K/A LINDA JEAN DONEGAN, ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA, STONEYBROOK MASTER ASSOCIATION OF ORLANDO, INC., SYNOVUS BANK AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO FIRST FLORIDA BANK, DENNIS DONEGAN A/K/A DENNIS GEORGE DONEGAN and UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK 18, STONEYBROOK UNIT VII, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGES 122-127, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
