Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 21, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2009-CA-011880-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff, and JANET KUCHTA N/K/A JANET KUCHTA JOHNSON, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 1010, BUILDING 10, VERANDA IV AT LAKE HART, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8294 AT PAGE 416, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 25th day of June, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
