Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2011-CA-016426-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and MASSOUD, DANNY K., et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
THE NORTH 90 FEET OF THE WEST 165 FEET; LESS THE NORTH 20 FEET OF THE WEST 30 FEET OF LOT 62, BLOCK E, PROSPER COLONY, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK D, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 22nd day of July, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
