Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 20, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-026233-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff, and TUCKER, JOHN A., et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
LOT 52, SAWMILL PHASE I ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 32 THROUGH 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM, on the 23rd day of September, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
