Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 28, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 33, tildens grove phase i, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 47, pages 65 through 70, inclusive, of the public records of orange county, florida (herein referred to as “said land” or the “property”).
and commonly known as: 5427 tildens grove blvd, windermere, fl 34786; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 23, 2013 at 11 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
