NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on May 10, 2013 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-015864, of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida, wherein, HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION USA is the Plaintiff, and JOSEPH THOMAS; ANDREA P. THOMAS; THE LAKES OF WINDERMERE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC; VISTA FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of June, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 323, OF LAKES OF WINDERMERE PHASE 2A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 63-70, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
