NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated May 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007397-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein SOVEREIGN BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and NEYSA D. MILLAN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 27 day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Unit 84, The Villas of Orlando, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official records Book 3119, Page 1752, and any and all amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in and to the common elements appurtenant to said unit as set forth in the Declaration of Condominium.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
