NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013, in Case Number 2012-CA-013570-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Hazel Gay Gonzalez and Villas of Costa Del Sol Homeowners Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2013, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 238, THE VILLAS OF COSTA DEL SOL, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 25 and 26, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida
Notice is also given pursuant to ยง 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
