NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 30, 2013, in Case Number 2013-CA-000067-O, of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, in which Fairwinds Credit Union is the Plaintiff, and Anthony T. Stephenson, Doretha Stephenson, and The Wellesley Condominium Association, Inc., are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M. on July 11, 2013, the following-described property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
UNIT 2205, THE WELLESLEY CONDOMINIUM, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 8841, Page 4706, as amended by that certain First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for the Wellesley Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 8908, Page 2783 and Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium for the Wellesley Condominium, recorded in Official Records Book 9245, Page 1155; and as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida and the corresponding parking space as cited in the Declaration of Condominium.
Notice is also given pursuant to § 45.031(2)(f), Florida Statutes, that any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
