NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 14, 2013 in Civil Case No. 48-2012-CA-017147-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein reverse mortgage solutions, inc. is Plaintiff and cemoi leblanc, catalina isles condominium association, inc., city of orlando, a municipal corporation of the state of florida, united states of america on behalf of the secretary of housing and urban development, uknown tenant in possession 1, unknown tenant in possession 2, unknown spouse of cemoi leblanc, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit No. C, Building 2783, of CATALINA ISLES CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 9137, at Page 983, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
