NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 26, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-017196-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein RESIDENTIAL CREDIT SOLUTIONS, inc. is Plaintiff and beverly sterling, milton sterling, rock springs ridge homeowners association, inc., unknown tenant in possession #1, unknown tenant in possession #2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18th day of June, 2013 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 1005, Rock Springs Ridge Phase VI-A, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 63, Page(s) 105, 106 and 107, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true and correct copy of the foregoing was mailed this 31st day of May, 2013, to all parties on the attached service list.
