NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 13, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-002159 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein GMAC MORTGAGE, LLC was the Plaintiff and VIRGINIA DEHAYES, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 1 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 10, IN BLOCK 5111, OF PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION SECTION NINETY FIVE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS REOCRDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, AT PAGE 1A THROUGH 1Z33, OFR THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
