NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-001621 in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE was the Plaintiff and ANNA B. JOHNSON ET AL. the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com on the 12 day of August, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 5, BLOCK 1647, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 12, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 1A THROUGH 1D, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
