NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated May 14, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2012-CA-002961 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST RAYMOND A. SNELL A/K/A RAYMOND ALBERT SNELL , DECEASED; TAMMI M. BANG A/K/A TAMMI BANG AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF RAYMOND A. SNELL A/K/A RAYMOND ALBERT SNELL, DECEASED; BAMBI M. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
