NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 17, 2013 and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-003625 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA, is the Plaintiff and JUSTIN J. LACKATAS; TENANT #1 N/K/A GINGER KILEY; and TENANT #2 N/K/A JASON KILEY are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 13th day of June, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 37, BLOCK 3252, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 51, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 65A THROUGH 65H, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
